  • Expanded sources: It no longer relies only on the HR Support Center but also searches the entire MyHR environment and HR content on WAP+.

  • Faster and clearer: Instant, precise answers to questions like “How does the bike allowance work?” or “Which e-learnings are mandatory this year?”

What Stays the Same?

  • Live chat option: If Yoda can’t answer, it connects you to an HR colleague during working hours.
